At ADDIESDIVE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your professional diver watch. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return period for all watches in their original, unworn condition with protective films intact.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the watch in its original ADDIESDIVE presentation box, ensuring all manuals, warranty cards, and spare links are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable shipping service to send the package back to our quality control center for inspection.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the watch's condition and water-resistance seals, we will process your full refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
